Kiln dried to 9% - 11%

Durability
Used internally only, not durable or suitable for outside use. For internal applications this specie has good impact resistance and strength properties. Machines to a fine finish for high-quality joinery applications.

Specie
North American White Oak botanical name Quercus Alba. Mostly straight-grained with a medium to coarse texture.

Colour
Creamy light-brown in appearance and consistent in colour. Sapwood is lighter in colour and heartwood is light to dark brown.

Fixings
Normally installed with predrill, screw and plug method. Thinner sections can be installed with stainless steel nail.
